A Fanshawe College Alum twice-over for both Advanced Filmmaking in 2014 and 3D Animation and Character Design in 2023. Tad, while excelling overall as a filmmaker, has really found a passion for 3D animation, something that began as a lifelong interest in 2D animation and cartooning. Tad, in his most recent years has been contracted by various productions within London and surrounding areas to create additional special visual effects to help complete their visions. He accomplishes this all while working remotely from the countryside of Petrolia, ON.
Upon entering College, Tad branded himself as Dodo Bird Pictures, which soon morphed into Auteur Independent Films. Auteur Independent and Orange Hat Film Productions worked seamlessly together as co-producers for many years. It is only now, in 2024, that Orange Hat Film Productions absorbed Auteur Independent Films as an official acquisition this past July. As part of the OHFP team we’d like to welcome him on as our Head of Visual Effects and Animation. He will as well continue his roles as writer, producer, actor, director, fight choreographer, and more.
